Check-in at reception; photo ID required. Rooms cannot be guaranteed until 4 PM however, it’s usually much earlier. We can look after your luggage for you if you arrive early.
Latest check-out and return the key to reception by 10:30 AM. You can still use the facilities throughout the day.

We’re lucky enough to have two car parks – our main car park is a 2 minute walk away on Victoria Road; our on-site car park on Esplanade has 30 spaces on a first come, first served basis.
7kW EV charging is available at the on-site car park – please bring your own type 2 charging lead.

It’s open daily 8 AM to 8 PM. Booking is not required.
The swimming pool is heated to an approximate temperature of 28°C, and the room/area is also heated (climatised) to make it feel more like a tropical environment.
The shallow end is 0.8m deep and the deep end is 1.75m deep.
We provide towels for use in the swimming pool facility. We do not provide towels for use on the beach, so please ensure you pack your own.

Yes, each room has tea and coffee making facilities, which includes a kettle.

Our free unlimited Wi-Fi is accessible in all public areas and bedrooms.
We have a fibre to the premises (FTTP) connection which means a superfast ‘ping’ or low latency. Each device is allocated 15mbps download and 3mbps upload speed; perfect for browsing, streaming and light gaming.
We do not charge for infants (under 2 years).
We can provide a cot for a small additional charge – please give us notice. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring your own.
No, we do not have a sauna.
Breakfast: first seating 8 AM; last seating 9:45 AM.
Dinner: first seating 6 PM (5:45 PM for kids); last seating 7:45 PM.

They are parts of the hotel with 20 standard bedrooms that are a bit old-fashioned, yet clean and comfortable. They’re cheaper than our main rooms so great if you’re on a budget. Bay View and Regent Court are advertised and sold separately to avoid confusion. See rooms.
