Clifton Seafront Apartments are located adjacent to the hotel, on both the Esplanade and the High Street.
Upon arrival, you need to come into the hotel reception to collect the keys; we will then direct you to the apartment you have reserved.
Check in cannot be guaranteed until 4 PM on the day of your arrival however, accommodation is usually ready much earlier than this – it all depends on occupancy levels on that day.
You must depart your accommodation by 10.30 AM and return any keys to reception. Don’t worry, you can still use the hotel facilities up until 4 PM that day.
Our main car parking costs just £5 per day and is a two minute walk from the hotel – you are guaranteed a space in this car park – let us know if you would like to reserve a space.
Alternatively, we also have 30 parking spaces at the front of hotel that are available free of charge on a first-come, first serve basis. We try to make this parking fair for all guests, so we operate a blocking-in system.
No, we do not have an electric vehicle charging point at this time, although it is something we are looking into.
Blue badge holders can park on Sandown seafront free of charge, or in the disabled bays located behind us on the High Street. Our car parks do not have designated disabled spaces.
We feel that our guestbook reviews speak for themselves, and we are therefore not currently signed up with an accommodation star-rating programme however, up until 2019 we were classed as a 2 star hotel by the AA.

No, we do not provide fridges in the hotel bedrooms however, we do provide a fridge in our self catering suites.

No, we don’t operate a booking system for the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is heated to an approximate temperature of 28°C however, the pool room is climatised so you may not feel that much of a temperature difference whilst swimming.
No, we do not have a sauna.
Breakfast service is is from 8.15 AM to 9.45 AM.
Dinner service is from 6.30 PM to 7.45 PM.
The Isle of Wight is part of the UK so you do not require your passport however, we are sometimes required to see some photographic ID for check-in purposes.
No, the Isle of Wight has the same three pin socket outlets as the rest of the UK – to British Standard (BS)1363.
